Wicklow Youth Summit 2026: Your Voice, Your County, Your Call

Wicklow Youth Summit 2026: Your Voice, Your County, Your Call

Friday 6th November | Glenview Hotel, Glen of the Downs, Delgany | 10am – 2pm | Free | Lunch Included

What matters most to Wicklow's young people? You tell us. At the Wicklow Youth Summit, young people from across the county come together to share ideas and vote on the issues that count. This sets the priorities of Wicklow Comhairle na nÓg, our local youth council, for the next two years.

Comhairle na nÓg is a network of youth councils across Ireland where young people's voices matter. Wicklow delegates have even spoken in the Dáil chamber at Leinster House (read about it here). It starts with days like the Youth Summit.

At the summit, you can:

  • Share your ideas and vote on the issues that matter to you
  • See how young voices influence local and national decision-makers
  • Find out what being part of Wicklow Comhairle na nÓg is really like
  • Meet other young people who want to make change happen

Who can come?

Everyone aged 13 to 17 who lives in County Wicklow. Individuals, schools, youth groups, sports clubs and other organisations are all welcome, whatever your background.

As this is an educational event, we can provide a letter for your school if needed, so that attendees will not be marked absent.

How to book

Spaces are limited! Email cwinstanley@wicklowcoco.ie with your name, age and school / club / organisation by 30th October. If you are booking for a group, tell us how many are coming.
